- Management of production meetings, timelines, budgets, talent, personnel, attendees, F&B, and third-party vendors.
- Directorial skills including scripting, blocking/choreography, rehearsals and event execution.
- Broadcast / Live-streaming services: multi-input, multi-output to hosted service(s),
V-mix, Unity coms, remote speaker support, etc.
- Visual and conceptual creative visionary with respect to scenic, visual content creation, editing and wholistic design.
- Talent acquisition and management.
- Speaker / Keynote management, assistance, coaching and support (including at-home/office broadcast for virtual & livestream productions)
- Design, management and technical elements: lighting, audio, video, scenic & special effects.
- Logistics management including permitting, engineering and venue analysis.
- Procurement management with third-party vendors.
- Understand the marketing objective and creating out-of-the-box solutions to fulfill that objective.
- Design and management of multi-sensory, exciting events & experiences that integrate clever uses of technology and effects.
Event Management of in-person / live, broadcast / livestream and virtual projects. Local & global.

Décor: furniture, signage/graphics, props, etc.
